777xp Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 777xp platform — including browsing the website at 777xp.vu, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet on cricket, PSL or any other sport, playing a Live Casino game or spinning a Slot — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777xp platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on 777xp and use real-money services, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your own accurate personal details.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 777xp account.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 777xp platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and payment information. Providing false details — including using another person's identity, age or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

777xp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of a valid national ID, passport or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending successful identity verification.

3 Account Responsibility

Your 777xp account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your account.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, games played and deposits made — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777xp support immediately via live chat or email so that your account can be secured.

777xp will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where those losses arise from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You are also responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are reasonably secure when accessing your 777xp account.

Account balances are held in PKR. The balance displayed in your account is the amount available for betting, casino play or withdrawal at any given time, subject to any applicable withdrawal processing conditions described in Section 4.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

777xp processes all account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal, typically processed within minutes.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal, typically processed within minutes.
• Raast — Pakistan instant payment system, direct bank-to-bank transfer in PKR.
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer to and from your registered Pakistani bank account.
• Debit and Credit Cards — processed in PKR with no currency conversion charge from 777xp.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet options as listed in the payments section of your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method. There are no platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals through supported methods, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as part of anti-money laundering verification. Withdrawal requests may require identity verification to be completed before funds are released. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, while bank transfers follow standard processing timelines.

5 Betting Rules

The 777xp sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and domestic fixtures), Football, Esports and other sports as listed on the platform. All bets are placed in PKR. The following general rules apply to all sports betting on 777xp:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed and confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed via the bet slip, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where 777xp specifically offers a cash-out or bet edit feature and you choose to use it.
• A minimum stake per bet applies and is shown in the bet slip. Maximum stake limits per market are also shown and vary by event type.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the accumulator to pay out. The return shown on the bet slip is calculated at current odds before confirmation.
• In-play betting odds update in real time. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds at the time you submit an in-play bet.
• 777xp reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Bet settlement follows the official result confirmed by the relevant sporting body. Any subsequent appeals or result reversals by the sporting body are not automatically reflected in settled bets unless 777xp determines otherwise.

Cricket-specific rules, including how Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, match abandonments, and reduced-over formats affect bet settlement, are detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Help area. PSL fixtures follow the same settlement rules as other T20 format matches.

6 Casino & Slot Games

The 777xp Live Casino and Slot Games sections are available to all registered, verified players with a funded PKR balance. The following applies to all casino and slot game play:

• All games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of Live Casino, via real dealer video streams. Results are determined independently of 777xp and cannot be influenced by any party.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game round are displayed within each game interface. These limits are set by the game provider and may vary.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically based on the game's own rules. 777xp is not liable for losses arising from connection issues on your end.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect credit to your account, 777xp reserves the right to correct the balance once the error is identified, regardless of how much time has passed.
• Live Casino tables — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and Andar Bahar — operate in real time. Bets placed after the dealer has called no more bets will not be accepted.

The slots library contains titles from multiple providers. Each title operates under its own game rules, which are accessible via the information panel within the game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published where required by applicable platform standards.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

777xp may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers and other promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is active. The following general rules apply to all 777xp bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money PKR balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions and expiry periods are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in bonus funds being removed from the account.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play, duplicate accounts or coordinated wagering across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• 777xp reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Free bets are valid for the specific market or event type stated. Unused free bets expire at the time stated in the promotion terms and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777xp platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform without manual human action.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a false identity or via another person's details.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches or platform errors to place bets or make deposits at incorrect values.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• Attempting to launder money, process payments on behalf of third parties or use the platform as a financial transfer mechanism.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system in any manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or interfere with the platform's software, odds feeds or data systems.
• Harassing, threatening or attempting to defraud 777xp staff or other users via any support or communication channel.

777xp actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are identified, the platform reserves the right to act without prior notice to the account holder.

9 Responsible Gaming

777xp is committed to promoting responsible gaming behaviour among all registered players. The platform provides a set of self-management tools designed to help you stay in control of your betting and gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the limit period resets or is adjusted with a cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a timer that notifies you when you have been actively logged in for a specified period. This helps prevent unplanned extended sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for real-money play for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to several weeks. During the cooling-off period, your account cannot be used for deposits, bets or casino play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Once a self-exclusion request is processed, the account will be locked and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired (for temporary exclusions) or upon a formal written request review (for indefinite exclusions).

10 Account Suspension & Closure

777xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, without being required to provide detailed justification in every case:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information at any stage.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or wallet provider.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Where an account is closed for other reasons — such as a player's voluntary request to close — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard processing and verification procedures.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, branding, logos, game assets, text, data feeds and other materials available on the 777xp platform are the property of 777xp or its content and technology partners, and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. This includes the 777xp name, logo and all associated branding.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the 777xp platform for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the express written permission of 777xp.

Unauthorised use of any 777xp intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action as appropriate under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

777xp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, 777xp shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform due to connectivity issues, platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from bets placed under your account that you did not authorise, where those losses result from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Any loss of data, profits or goodwill not directly caused by a confirmed platform error on 777xp's part.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777xp's liability for gross negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy Policy

777xp collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform — including registration details, payment information, betting history and device data. How this data is collected, stored, used and protected is set out in full in the 777xp Privacy Policy.

By registering an account on 777xp, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 777xp governing your use of the platform. The Privacy Policy is updated from time to time in line with platform changes and applicable data handling standards.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777xp reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform or sent to your registered contact details. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of any part of the 777xp platform after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version of the Terms was published.
